WestForce Resources is seeking an ambitious Mechanical Project Engineer for our Western Australian mineral processing operations. This position offers an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, excellent camp amenities, and full visa sponsorship.
Visa Sponsorship & Relocation Package:
- Accredited Sponsor: Approved Western Australian mining group offering Subclass 482 and Subclass 494 regional sponsorship.
- Engineers Australia CDR Support: Assistance with Stage 1 Skills Assessment recognition if required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee capital upgrade projects for slurry pumps, conveyors, crushers, and hydrocyclone systems.
- Manage contractors, site commissioning schedules, and maintain stringent Mines Safety regulations.
- Conduct failure analysis, vibration monitoring reviews, and preventive maintenance optimization.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia (Washington Accord or CDR pathway).
- At least 4 years of experience within mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Eligible for Australian driver licence and clean national police clearance.
